Free Rein Coffee Company recently appointed two industry leaders, poised to fuel the brand’s next phase of brand building and growth. With these dynamic leaders on board, Free Rein is poised to elevate its mission of Serving Those who Serve and introduce more customers to its smooth, full of flavor coffee. 

Rich Caponi, a seasoned growth expert, is taking the helm of all growth initiatives across channels as Free Rein’s new Head of Growth. With experience leading brands at Kraft, where he grew Gevalia Coffee’s premium offering and managed a $1B+ portfolio, and most recently leading the Revenue and Marketing teams at Nine Line Apparel, Rich brings a proven track record of driving omnichannel growth. A West Point grad, Rich served in the U.S. Army as a Field Artillery Officer. 

Robert Fraze joins Free Rein as its new Head of Brand. He joins from YETI where he was the Creative Director overseeing paid and earned campaigns. Prior to YETI, Robert was the Creative Lead at VRBO and a senior member of the creative teams at Under Armor, BBDO and Deutch. 

Free Rein Coffee is available at over 1,700 locations, including Walmart, HEB, Market Street, and online.
