Ricava Tequila's story is deeply personal. The brand is built on the lifelong ambition of founder Ricardo Avila Martinez. Located in Tequila, Jalisco, the distillery's adherence to authentic practices includes a focus on all-natural ingredients, locally-sourced bottles, and the strict use of natural well-water which creates a purity that allows the agave's sweetness to shine. Harvested at optimal maturity (5-7 years) boasting a high sugar content (25% brix), Ricava Tequila possesses a natural sweetness void of chemicals. Ricava's Tequila Rosa is one of the few premium Rosa tequilas made in Jalisco, Mexico. Our Rosa is aged one month in French oak burgundy barrels, which gives it its unique color and floral notes.
